Construction Period Signage: "in the spirit of promoting community interaction and the creation of an attractive streetscape"

From the Master Closing documents released by the Empire State Development Corporation:
Signage designed and installed by the Tenant during the construction phase of the Project ("Construction Period Signage") may include graphical representations and marketing information for the Arena and/or other project buildings (including but not limited to details about space availability, brokerage contact information, and dates), including the name of such buildings, and the name and logo of all project sponsors, including the Developer. The marketing information shall not impact or exceed designated areas for graphics whose selection will be made in the spirit of promoting community interaction and the creation of an attractive streetscape. In addition, the standard ESDC Project Sign will be installed as per the Lease. All Construction Period Signage shall be incorporated into or within the construction perimeter fencing surrounding the Project Site. All Construction Period Signage shall be subject to review and approval by ESDC for consistency with the requirements of this paragraph. Submittals shall include: sign dimension, material, font (and size of), color and site location (both in plan and election). ESDC's consent to the submittal shall be deemed given if it fails to respond within fifteen (15) business days form the date of receipt of submittal.
